Dr. Willis is a project manager and regulatory specialist with over 17 years regulatory experience with plant protection products, biocides and industrial chemicals including working for a regulatory authority. He specialises in the management of interdisciplinary projects for the authorisation of plant protection products at national and European levels and has extensive experience in the production of active substance and product dossiers. He is also experienced in Classification and Labelling issues and wider regulatory requirements including REACH.
Dr. Willis is an experienced project/programme manager and has managed a large number of multi-disciplinary REACH, plant protection product and biocidal product projects to successful completion. For plant protection products, he has worked on a wide range of projects for the authorisation of plant protection products including active substance renewal dossiers, product dossiers at national and EU levels, provision of regulatory strategy and the production of data gap analyses. He is also experienced in the completion of literature reviews to support active substance renewals. Dr. Willis is experienced in the production dossiers in IUCLID format and Chemical Safety Reports for REACH as well as the management of SIEFs, acting as an Only Representative on behalf of Ä¢¹½tv's clients and representing companies in both SIEF and consortia. Prior to joining Ä¢¹½tv, Dr. Willis worked at the Pesticides Safety Directorate (PSD), the UK regulatory authority for agrochemicals, for seven years.
