Ms. Temacini is an engineering professional with over 6 years of experience in utilities, specializing in nuclear, thermal, and hydroelectric power generation. She specialized in compliance management systems and program development and support. This involved coordinating high profile regulatory inspection projects for nuclear power plants and waste facilities, upgrading program documents to align with all facilities' operating license, and liaising with the federal nuclear regulator through compliance memorandums and license mandated reports. While working in hydroelectric power generation, she specialized in energy markets, outage planning and optimization, and electricity transmission and distribution. She ensured high commercial availability of 66 hydro plants across 24 river systems in Ontario, Canada thereby ensuring the lowest possible cost to consumers. Ms. Temacini also has experience using business intelligence tools to create dashboards that facilitated project tracking and reporting for clients across business lines.

Her experience in the nuclear power sector also includes plant design and engineering change control through conducting deterministic fire risk assessments for nuclear safety and providing input and recommendations into plant modifications and transient combustible material storage. While in Design Engineering she developed a detailed modification package to address equipment degradation in the plants' vapor recovery systems, saving the company $500K+ in repeated maintenance costs and labor time.

While in nuclear operations, she led a multi-disciplinary team through a complex investigation of radiological emissions elevated above internal organizational standards. During this time, she also supported a 12-hour rotating control room shift crew and a successfully enhanced and facilitated collaboration between the engineering and outage departments by resolving engineering-related inquiries on a 12-hour rotating shift crew resulting in timely maintenance project progression.

While working in hydroelectric power generation, she increased data visibility and oversight for senior leaders and colleagues by building and maintaining dynamic business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reports of the financial performance of energy generation assets and performing analytics to advise on operating strategies to increase market revenues.
