Ms. Maloney has expertise in federal pesticide registrations regulated under FIFRA in the United States (US EPA), as well as international jurisdictions such as Canada (PMRA) and Australia (APVMA). She is skilled in researching requirements and data gaps, building strategies, coordinating data generation with internal and external laboratories, crafting and submitting dossiers, as well as negotiating with key regulatory agencies. Ms. Maloney's areas of specialty include the registration of postharvest products, biopesticide products, 25(b) products, "me-too" registrations, and all aspects of state registration work and maintenance.

In addition to pesticide registration, Ms. Maloney's experience in the agricultural industry includes interacting with growers, manufacturers, and researchers to ensure compliance for regulated biotech crop product requirements. Her background also encompasses laboratory work where she conducted food and environmental sampling and subsequent microbiological assays, pathogen detection, as well as assisting in research projects related to food packaging and bacteriophage application to processing facilities for incidence reduction of food-borne illness. Her understanding of the agricultural industry from multiple viewpoints assists her in building relationships with decision-makers and understanding customer needs to help bring unique and novel products to the market.
