Mr Scarrott has extensive experience in conducting human exposure assessments for biocide and plant protection products and active substance dossier submissions. He has also performed exposure evaluations for cosmetic product safety reports, novel food applications, dietary (biocide) risk assessments and REACH registrations. He is experienced in using a range of exposure modelling techniques and provides specialist support and strategic advice to clients on a range of risk assessments and higher tier refinement approaches. Prior to joining Ä¢¹½tv Mr Scarrott was with the UK's Health and Safety Executive and participated in expert working groups (such as the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) Biocides Products Committee Ad hoc Human Exposure Working Group) and contributed to several ECHA exposure guidance documents. He has attended World Health Organization (WHO) Expert Peer Review meetings (on vector control) and has assisted in the peer review of the WHO risk assessment models for public health insecticides.
