Our work on the is improving public health. Ä¢¹½tv is committed to this project at a corporate level, and the diversity and competency of the individuals assigned to the project is unmatched.

Freedom of Professional Expression

After becoming a pharmacist, I earned my Ph.D. in epidemiology and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in health services research. My goal, throughout my career, has been to take existing health data and make useful clinical inferences that could be published and put into practice. I love the challenge of using secondary data to answer important questions.

This firm can do stuff that other firms can't, and that's why I'm here.

The Forefront of Innovation

We're working with partners to give nursing homes the ability to access curated information across multiple electronic medical record (EMR) systems, thus creating a data infrastructure for our nation's most vulnerable individuals. The , through its data and infrastructure, supports healthcare operations, public-health surveillance, and research.

For example, in cases where there's more than one provider, we can "stitch" missing information together so nursing homes can better care for their patients, and we're just scratching the surface of the various use-cases.

Career Independence

There's freedom for consultants to work on an array of projects and form unique collaborations, especially junior consultants. As consultants grow, most find their true areas of interest. This approach to employee development is made possible by Ä¢¹½tv's scale and multidisciplinary team.

Everyone here is brilliant in their own professions, so you just never know what you're going to run into.

For instance, a colleague with a Ph.D. in experimental physics and I frequently speak about the methods of epidemiology and are exploring theoretical work we might do together.

Opportunities Through Diversity

Diversity stands out as a something of great importance at Ä¢¹½tv.

It's the largest, most inclusive group of serious-minded, very smart people I've ever encountered.

I've collaborated with people from an array of other practices. It's a wide-open environment in the sense that regardless of your background or ethnicity, you can find people whose expertise complements yours, and you have the opportunity to make what you want out of your career.
